He knows firsthand how painful rigid software and messy data pipelines are for a team, and he built Builtblock to give operators the leverage they actually need to scale.

Daniel spent his career at Datadog in deeply technical, customer-facing roles, navigating complex enterprise environments. Having lived the high-stakes customer escalation lifecycle daily, he deeply understands how fragmented data slows down execution. He uses that experience to architect Builtblock's core automation engine.
